The location was absolutely amazing, the chalet was clean and served all our needs. The private sauna was just the cherry on top. It was like living in a fantasy tale.

The food was excellent, it was a gourmet vacation for us! The cleanliness of the hotel, the sweetness of the staff(except one person), the calmness of the environment, everything was perfect, we will definitely come again. Note: At the beginning of April, the pistes were closed in St. Johann, but the season continued in Kitzbühel, which was 15 minutes away by car, so we went there for skiing.

Level of customer service was fantastic and could not do more to help our small family. The waiting staff in the restaurant were exceptionally attentive and generous with their time. We loved visiting!

Great location, nice staff, excellent breakfast. The city center is a few minutes away, and the ski lift is 100m away. After hiking in the mountains, you can relax in the swimming pool.

A-ROSA Kitzbühel is very nice hotel with beautiful surrounding! There is everything you need. We did bicycle trips in amazing mountains. When the weather was not OK we went to gym (the best equipment only), swimming pool and spa! It was so relaxing and just perfect. Breakfast and dinner - the best experience ever! Parking in garage is great even if hotel charges for it per night. Ski (bike) room is big and easy to access. The last day we have checked out in the morning and went for one more bike trip. We were allowed go to spa take a shower and get ready for way back. It is very nice benefit. Room and bathroom are comfortable.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent food and sauna. Very close to gondola. Perfect place to play and relax.

Everything was nice and perfect. I got a large beautiful apartment for a single use. The apartment was quite clean surrounded by a nice wooden balcony and several paintings are hung on the walls. The staff is super friendly and the morning breakfast is delicious.

Don't get discouraged by the location. It's not in reasonable walking distance from the slopes, but around 25 meters from the hotel, there is a bus stop for ski buses operated by the ski resort with interval of 20 minutes for each direction all day and on the top of that the hotel operates it's own transportation in morning peaks. I never needed to use my car. The single room is not very large, but really cozy. It's possible to choose soft or hard mattress and thick or thin cover. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I wanted to extend my staying, they did some swaps so I could keep my room as long as possible and then they agreed to move my stuff to new room while I was enjoying the hills. Internet connection was reliable and fast even for an IT specialist and online meetings. I'm very picky and usually I try to find in reasonable distance the best restaurants instead of eating in my hotel so I booked it only with breakfast. At the end I was eating there regularly as it turned out that this was actually one of the best ones. I'm suspicious that it would have been much cheaper as a full board, but for me it was still worth it. I liked the approach where I could use buffet for starters and then the soup and main meal was a la carte, always something interesting, no ordinary meals. Very good service. Opening hours were friendly, no problem with coming something after 20:00. I like craft beers and they had them in their offer, like local craft New England IPA. Breakfast also perfect, with some alterations and something special. Hotel seems to be family friendly, but I was never bothered by any kids. There was reasonable arrangement of tables. The wellness was officially open 16-19, but at 19 nobody comes to kick the guests out. The capacity is sufficient unless the hotel is full and weather too bad. In the wellness area, there are available good drinks for free. For entertainment there is a table football at the basement.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities very close to the slopes - T-bar 1 minute walk. Great options for breakfast. We had a junior suite which was well kitted out and spacious. Secure underground parking and ski storage.
