The hotel was amazing. It has 24 hour reception. We were traveling in the afternoon and got there around 10pm, the night shift receptionist was very nice, there was also a man to help us with the parking spots. The room was clean and comfortable, the view is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel has elevator that gets you right on the beach. Definitely will visit again.

This is the second time we've stayed at the hotel. We came last year and what a discovery! It just feels like home! The luxury suite has all the necessary comforts, in all modesty, and has a magnificent terrace overlooking the port. Sublime! All the staff are adorable! Always attentive, always smiling and they recognise you! And Julia... A real mum! Always smiling, always with a kind word, and always attentive to our needs. She's a friend... In the middle of the Old Town. Lovely hotel with really nice staff that are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very quiet and comfortable room. A minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants, museums and historic churches. The hotel even has a catamaran offering day trips to Sozopol! If I only had of known in advance!
