We had a wonderful time — the hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. When the main parking was full, they immediately offered us a nearby spot and even gave us a ride back — such a thoughtful touch. Our room was clean, freshly renovated, and had an amazing sea view. Waking up to that view every morning was just unforgettable! The food was another big highlight — everything was tasty, fresh, and varied. We especially loved the desserts, fruits, and ice cream — absolutely great! The hotel grounds are spacious, green, and beautifully maintained. You can really see the care that goes into keeping everything in perfect shape. The pools were always clean, there were enough sunbeds, and the bars had fast, friendly service. Evenings were fun too — there was a different entertainment program every night, and we really enjoyed all of it. We were never bored. The only small downside was the limited number of sunbeds on the beach. But we always managed to find one, so it wasn’t a real issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Me and my family have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and the variety of food they offered was huge. Our room was cleaned every day and we also had one coffee per person plus water as compliment. There was also a free parking spot for the guests of the hotel. The location is also good in the sense that it is in the middle of the ancient town of Nessebar but it is 15 minutes walking distance to the South beach but we didn't have any problem walking to there. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel. Me and my family are definitely returning back to this hotel next summer vacation.

The hotel itself was awesome . Every detail was designed to perfection. The gentleman who took care of breakfast and later oversaw the pool was attentive in the most intricate manner, but was so uninvasive. The breakfast was to live for. Great location, nice sea view from balcony, nice restaurant with good food and great view. The staff in the restaurant very friendly Also, the management is helpfull. We had a problem with a broken shower head and the fridge was not working, they solved it very fast
