Het was er zeer proper. Het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en elke dag was er wat variatie. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, ondanks wij een andere kamer vroeger uit schrik voor lawaai. Dit bleek uiteindelijk niet nodig te zijn want de bar een beetje verderop was eenmalig uitzonderlijk luid, net op het moment dat wij incheckten. Elke dag werd er zeer proper gekuist en alles werd vervangen. Ook de keuken voor lunch was enorm lekker (1 gerecht was iets minder, kip parmezaan).

Op het eerste gezicht ziet het hotel er niet zo geweldig uit, het is niet luxueus, maar prijs kwaliteit is het zeer goed. Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Een geweldig pluspunt is dat er elke avond een gratis kom verse soep wordt aangeboden. Die dagen waren best fris in Curitiba en het smaakte dan ook uitstekend. Het hotel is ook zeer goed gelegen. Dicht bij vele restaurants.
