The gentleman that sign me ( I can’t remember his name. That’s my fault) was very Professional and polite. Took care of my needs with out any fuss. Provided things to see and do. Took care of me in the restaurant and breakfast. Very highly recommended. I cannot find any faults with him. He was the only person I dealt with at your hotel. You truly have an asset with him. Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

Hotel Stoffel - adults only is located the upper part of Arosa, just a 1-minute walk from the closest ski slopes of the Arosa/Lenzerheide Ski Area and 30 km from Chur.

The Stoffel hotel was indeed a happy find. Right from entering this renovated old house with the slight scent of pine we knew it would be perfect. The room with a South facing balcony onto a glorious mountain scene was the setting for a wonderful stay. The staff were warm,friendly and helpful and the evening meals in the restaurant were very special. We will return to Arosa and especially to the Stoffel hotel.

Family-run since 1893 for 4 generations and completely rebuilt in 2015 and 2016, Hotel Alte Post Bonaduz can be found in the centre of Bonaduz, at the entrance to the famous Ruinaulta Gorge.

Had an AMAZING stay! The room were super spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. There is a really good bath where you can unwind while looking out to the mountains. We were greeted by the owner and the owners son, both were super kind and professional. The breakfast had a lot of options. Highly recommended stay in Switzerland. The location is 15min from Chur Station which you can travel on the Bernina express to Italy (return/one way)

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.
