John and the rest of the team were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful and repeatedly helped me with organizational things. The hotel itself is a nice historic courtyard building in a little hutong right between two conveniently close subway stations. Mark the manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Location is great near two subway stations and although rooms are small they contain everything you need.
