Very stylish hotel. We enjoyed very much. Nice and very friendly staff helped very good to use the by App rental bicycles (public not hotel). Breakfast was our best in China.

Incredible hotel. The staff speaks reasonable English. The level of service is amazing, in every aspect you can think of. The room (city+river view) had amazing view, was spacious, well equippped, and the bath is amazingly big and luxurious-not comparable to anythinh I have ever seen, even in 5☆ hotels. Good location near metro if you need. Had a conference across the river-10 minutes didi drive there, very convenient. Amazing diversed breakfast with local and western food. Overall highly recommended.

Great location right across the West Lake and next to the Yue Fei Temple, as well as some nice little restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is a bit old but still very clean, the service is also perfect, if you need something the staff was really helpful. We also really loved the lunch buffet (which you have to purchase separately).

I had an amazing stay at XIZI Hotel. Chelsea is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. We needed to change rooms and had a lot of luggage. The bellboys were very hardworking and helped us move the luggage without any complaint. We are really grateful for their efforts. What's more, the hotel arranged a room in a style that our parents liked very much, which made our whole family satisfied. The garden in the hotel is large and very suitable for a stroll, providing a pleasant experience. The facilities in the room are brand new and well-equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at XIZI Hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will choose to stay here again in the future.
