This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stay and I’ve stayed in a lot. The harmony between nature and the construction of the hotel is mind blowing. This is an absolutely beautiful property, with amazing thermal pools, great views from everywhere. The sound of the birds is glorious. This hotel breaths peace, harmony and love for nature.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. The food at the restaurant was also good and affordable. The hot springs are in good condition and surrounded by nature. The restaurant and pool have a nice view of the volcano, but not from the room though.

This is an amazing place! The chalet is beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a fabilous view of the Arenal vulcano from our window and terrace. Chalets are surrounded by a beautiful garden where different wild and farm animals roam around. There was also a sloth living on a tree there. The little farm they have is extremely well maintained and you can try milking the cow and collecting eggs every morning. Animals seem very well cared for. The hot springs are gorgeous, the place makes you feel like you are in paradise. We highly recommend this place!

    Perfect base for exploring the local area and short walk to restaurants etc. Beautiful hotel grounds with lots of birds and a resident Sloth. Rooms were lovely and breakfast excellent. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the late afternoons.

    We visited AOL during our honeymoon in CR. The rooms, service and staff were great and the guided night walk tour was excellent. A very special thank you for preparing our so nice with the bottle of wine, flowers and wishes for our wedding. Such a lovely surprise!
