Excellent place! No air con, but fans are sufficient. Stay here if you want an amazing sea view, relaxed atmosphere, clean rooms, direct beach access etc. Its best to book one of the 3 rooms upstairs. The staff are very friendly, and this place is a bargain for the location and setting. Montezuma is great too.

The view was incredible, the staff were fantastic and very helpful booking tours, the owner even dropped us off and picked us up after our Isla Tortuga tour! The breakfast was really good, and they refilled our water bottles. Loved the pool and even the toucans tapping at our window. Rooms were comfortable, and the private outdoor shower was great!

Splendid location, large property with nice gardens, lots of animals and birds, swimming pools had very good water temperature, kids club was well supplied with lots of games and activities to do, entertainment team very active with fun activities, restaurants provided good variety of of food and tasty food

Wonderful stay at this beautiful establishment. Gabriel was super friendly and helpful and we got a free room upgrade. That was so kind and the room itself was stunning, nice views, nice bed and clean. There is no breakfast but since there is a fridge in your room you can arrange for instance yoghurts. The pool is also very refreshing. Would recommend fully!

Casa Frangipani is a wonderful place. The villas and pool area are beautiful - the view is out of this world. It's so special to watch birds and monkeys in the trees. The hosts are extremely warm and helpful.
