Very easy to find and in a comfortable place. I arrived late in the night when reception was closed. However I received a perfect assistance by phone and my room card was especially left in a box with a drawn map how to find the parking of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and charming with spacious rooms and all you need.

The hotel is excellent - clean, comfortable and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent - we ate a set menu in the restaurant which was really, really delicious. We'll be back - Billerbeck is a very nice small town.

Very cosy little hotel, super clean and friendly staff. Not all staff speaks English, nevertheless it was not a problem for me to communcate. I also enjoyed the sauna after a long tiring day.
