In the middle of the town and there are several places to view nearby. Good breakfast, and I really liked the variety of cheese. Everything in the breakfast was fresh.

The apartment was nice and so was the pool and the gardens. The staff were friendly.

In contrast to many other hospitality options in the Harz, this little gem of a hotel was absolutely lovely. The owners were very friendly and open. The homemade cakes they offered were marvellous and had the most pleasent presentation. The breakfast was not overwhelmingly lavish but offered many homemade jams and a nice variety of bread, coffee, drinks, and muesli.

The property was perfect for families or if your travelling alone. Our room was excellent for myself and my 6 year old. The apartment was fully equipped with a little compact kitchen, oven, fridge, table and chairs. No sofa to sit on just the chairs.
