The staff were thoroughly helpful and extremely nice. We had a bit of a hiccup with breakfast but, they worked really hard to not make it an issue for us. The setting was beautiful and it was thoroughly relaxing. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Every member of the hotel team went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and safe. We had a few minor issues, but the hotel team sorted all of them out immediately.
There was a great ambiance and it felt very festive. Fabulous time, we will be back
