An amazing place with picturesque surroundings. The staff was friendly and empathetic! It is great for hikers and for families with pets (dogs). It is a rarity nowadays, where a host not only accepts pets, but has an area for a walk/hike. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had (à la France profounde), and it is an opinion from an experienced traveler. A perfect place for families, especially with dogs. We stayed at La Maison Gustave for a couple of days — and it was an absolute delight! A cozy boutique hotel full of charm and attention to detail. The location is perfect: right in the city center, close to the Cathedral and the beautiful Canal de la Robine. The room was clean, stylishly decorated, with vintage furniture and modern amenities. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed — it made for a great night’s sleep! The atmosphere felt like home: warm, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. They were always ready to help with local tips or recommend a good place to eat. If you're looking for a place with character and soul, La Maison Gustave is absolutely worth your attention. We'd love to come back again!
