A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. Very clean, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Lourdes. Within a short walking distance of the Grotto, Basilicas etc. The apartment was very quiet so is a lovely place to relax after the business of the area. Very friendly, helpful staff, lots of restaurants nearby and a nice mini-market across the the road. Very convenient for the airport bus from Paradis. We would definitely return!
