The only complaint I would have was that the wardrobe is a bit wobbly. The staff were lovely. Friendly and professional. There was nothing too much trouble. I didn't realise at the time of booking that there are no accessible rooms, which would have been good. I managed the stairs, though, only just sometimes. We had a very relaxed 2 nights stay. Very welcoming and great hospitality. Great location, easy to get to surrounding sights ie Conwy, Swallow falls and Aber Falls. We had the jet bath, and this was very relaxing to be in.
