What a wonderful place! It`s like a time travelling! A great experience to stay in this house full of beautiful things and details of decor! Hosts were attentive and friendly, breakfast was delicious and hearty.

The hosts were really kind and helpful during our stay. When we arrived we were offered drinks and sat by the fireplace, that definitely win me over. The room was massive, very clean and nice decorated. We had biscuits, tea and coffee in the room. We done a massage in the treatment rooms, must say that was magic, they done a really great job and I want to go back for sure. The breakfast was included and was divine, several options and really good ones. My partner wasn't feeling so well and they offered us an extra night on the house, this was very kind. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a treatment room, this is the place.

We cannot recommend staying at the Black Rock House enough; Vincent made us feel so welcome, so did pooch! We had a garden view bedroom, which was quiet and cool. Breakfast was lovely, so many choices and all freshly prepared. The decor was fabulous and so much to look at and take in. A stones throw from the train station and the town - we will be back soon!

They're dog friendly and all the staff are lovely and really helpful. Dog beach is right across the street and the old town is only a 10 minute walk away

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great building, very clean and modern. Very good food. Great value I stayed here spontaneously when my girlfriend was unexpectedly admitted to a nearby hospital — Conquest. I was on holidays in the UK at the time and had to cancel my return flight and had run out of clean clothes. The hotel did not have a laundry service, but still washed, dried, and hung several t shirts and shirts in my room for me.

With a fine position on the seafront in St. Leonards-on-Sea, this hotel offers traditional hospitality and a friendly atmosphere.

The breakfasts were excellent. Choices of cereals, juices, milks and yoghurts. Choice of white or brown bread. Tea or coffee offered. I took the full english breakfast, with choice of eggs (poached, scrambled or fried (sunny or over easy). Generous portions, quickly cooked and the service was outstanding. We will gladly return to the Two Sawyers, and are alredy planning our next visit.
