Honestly, I was worried because of the reviews. There were so many bad ones. But I was so, so satisfied with my six-night stay. The interior of the accommodation was extremely clean, and the room environment, including its smell and cleanliness, was perfect. Whenever I was missing items like towels or coffee, they always brought them to my room. The subway station is a two-minute walk from the accommodation, and there are delicious Indian restaurants nearby. I was so happy with my stay. The pool was also wonderful. The staff were so friendly.

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

It has been a perfect stay! the hotel is very nice and has all the comforts. The neighborhood is very quiet and with a supermarket on the corner. Wonderful bed and everything clean. Although the best has been the staff that made our days unforgettable, especially the receptionist MANISHA who helped us at all times with great education and sympathy. If we return to London we will repeat for sure! Thanks!!!

Attentive staff. I had the pleasure of being attended to by a Portuguese person, so my initial communication was in my native language. The room was comfortable, well-insulated, and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and shops. Additionally, the metro is less than a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was well-served, and the staff was attentive.
