The room was everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were lovely and it was nice to see some preserved history. Our room was a little warm (but the weather was warm anyway), being Aussies we are used to having aircon, but we were able to leave the windows open for some fresh air.

The Park Royal is set in Stretton, just off the M56 Motorway and within 40 minutes' drive of the cities of Chester and Liverpool. It features a health club and 3 floodlit tennis courts.

Staff (as has been in the past) are exceptional. All whom I interacted with were friendly, courteous and professional. The physical building is quaint and charming, but well maintained (carpet is clean, walls are in good repair, doors all shut and lock appropriately, tables in dining area and bar were wiped clean quickly after guests left).

Stay on a working farm with a warm welcome and very friendly hosts. Our room was very clean with good bedding. The farm is surrounded by meadows, with Manchester Airport only a 20 minute drive away. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast.

A wonderful home from home guest house. I stayed one night to be close to the airport in readiness for my flight the following day. My cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and was nice and hot. Ann is a lovely hard working host that keeps everything tip top. I walked to the Bulls Head pub for a nice drink and evening meal. I will differently stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous old pub. You can feel the years of atmosphere as you walk in the front door. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Room was more than a fair size. Breakfast was HUGE and delicious.
