the staff was lovely, and i got an upgrade to a junior suite I think just because I looked tired and miserable after a 20 hours flight and I was only staying for a night! It was lovely

Spacious room, and a lovely surprise complimentary upgrade upon check-in. Had an amazing 90-min massage at the hotel spa, very impressed with the masseuse who exercised good pressure at all the right spots. Was an absolute delight.

Upgraded to pool access room which was great. Nice big rooms and air conditioner works well. Great range of food for breakfast. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Absolutely loved this stay, the best in bali, absolute perfection, we booked a normal room that was lovely but later on upgraded to a suite as we wanted to stay longer but the standard rooms were fully booked, this hotel is in a perfect location, integrated to the shopping mall with all big brand shops and restaurants within private walking entrance in and out.

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and it’s a very kid friendly property.
