We had a lovely experience, the service was impeccable. Have to credit each of them- the front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant staff.
Was surprising my partner on our 5th anniversary and Rim Naam helped me host a private dinner under the stars! Atul was extremely helpful, very thoughtful with the set up and the food recommendations.

Our stay was a delightful family experience. Traveling with our energetic 2-year-old son, we were most impressed by the hotel staff's genuine friendliness and consideration towards children. The entire stay was remarkably pleasant, with a relaxing ambiance, impeccable service, and an unexpected upgrade that added a touch of luxury. Highlights were the pool, with children‘s pool, the big and fully functioning gym and the friendliness of our main staff contact point (Binita)
