The size and cleanness of the room. A bathtub to soak in and relax. The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff prepared to assist when required. Conversationally, some staff members provided a lovely personal touch to our stay. Also, I am ready to listen and act upon any feedback in a proactive manner. The rooms are quiet, with windows with considerable natural light available. Comfortable beds and abundant storage are available.

The welcome gifts! The staff were lovely. The food was great at breakfast and dinner Indian restaurant Our upgrade was incredible.

The breakfast was terrific! We sat outside by little pools with fountains, under a pavilion roof. The waiters were super nice, and the selection was excellent. We were able to order fresh juices, as well as teas & coffees. A great start to the day! The pool is also super nice, with hot & cool jacuzzis. Lovely pink & white frangipani around the pool are beautiful.
