The hotel design is timeless, with all the grandeur and styles of old Delhi. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and anything needed was available. The breakfast was exceptional, with buffet and a la carte available. The rooms were well designed and comfortable. A complete delight.

The things I loved the most are the room (super comfy) and the SPA where I enjoyed two very high level treatments.

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard.

My stay with Pankaj has been nothing but phenomenal. The conversations we’ve had throughout my stay were extremely interesting, and you could tell that Pankaj has brushed paths with many travelers. Apart from that, he has helped setup my journey in New Delhi, as i wasn’t very well prepared. From food recommendations to tourist attractions. He even went above and beyond to help me book my trip to Agra, setup my accommodation in Jaipur, and some taxi transports that were needed at “ugly” timings. The staff are super friendly and will always welcome you with a smile and a tea offering! I’ve honestly enjoyed my stay tremendously and would highly recommend it to any adventurous traveler! Location is Aero City, based on the purpose, it is excellent. I should say that Pullman hotel's USP is its staff who are excellent and courteous and not like few staff of popular brands who have been very robotic in their responses. Special mention to Shiv, Pankaj, Madhur Afnan and Rajiv from Concierge. House keeping Floor Manager Num Kumar and Amninder, Reception Ankita and team, Event team lead by Ajay and Ujjwal. Many more if time permitted.

Le Méridien New Delhi is situated just 2 km from the Presidential Palace, Parliament House and Connaught Place.
