Romantic Hotels in Rishīkesh

Highly recommend any visitor to Rishikesh to stay here. The location and view from the room is outstanding - right on the banks of the Ganges. The hotel is super clean, the staff very courteous and helpful and the ambiance is serene and lovely. Loved the yoga in the morning by Aparna .

The room was large and could easily accommodate three people. The room had very beautiful antique furniture with carvings. And the view from the balcony was of the forest. We also had a large bathroom with hot water. And a kitchenette. We were also able to do yoga, which was located on the rooftop premises with a very beautiful view

It’s a new hotel and most importantly is very clean. The host help us with everything and also give advices.

The ganga lahari is an excellent hotel right at the Ganga Matha. The service was excellent from Krishna. He made sure that we arrived and were looked after. We were a group of 17 and when we arrived it was raining heavily. We had parked some way from the hotel and we were sent Lahari staff to help with our many pieces of luggage and also were thoughtful and brought umbrellas for us. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the hotel had entertainment that was tasteful flute player, traditional song singers and also a rooftop terrace which was not a disappointment at all and the online pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful view of the hills and mountains and of Ganga Matha. The food was excellent with a high tea, evening meal and buffet breakfast. Compliments to the Lahari chefs as the selection of dishes were freshly cooked and so tasty. We would like to recognise our two fantastic waiters Kalaish and Suraj who were so professional and had superb manners. They were tentative and anything we asked for was no trouble at all. They are a credit to Ganga Lahari - two members of staff that are excellent. We will definitely recommend and visit Ganga Lahari again. Thank you for a fab stay xxx
