Even if we arrived out of the check in time, they didn’t have any problem. We stayed just for one night to join the cruise ship the next day. It was a great stay, the hotel have a good location, everything was great.

Loris,Amar and their mommy took us in like a family, tried their best to make us feel comfortable and at home. I came in sick with vertigo and my friend with bad cough after the Maditeranean cruise and Loris help us to get the medicine and in 2 days we are better. My friend lost her luggage at the port and Loris took his bike to look for it every port office even at the police station. What else do we expect?? We enjoyed a fantastic view from our room, and surprisingly, even from the bathroom! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV size was just right for the room. Breakfast exceeded our expectations; we loved our freshly made cappuccinos on the charming small terrace. The selection included both savory and sweet pastries, and the service was outstanding and accommodating. Parking is available free of charge, though it can be a bit challenging to drive and find parking around the square during the summer. However, there’s ample parking if you head down to the harbor. This place is a must-visit if you're planning a stay in Santa Marinella!
