Professional staff, at the first evening we were asked whether which language we speak and than we got an English-speaking waitress. We have got personal "letters" each morning from we could know more about the weather and about places near San Candido. The view was wonderful from our window.

The rooms were tastefully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The service was exceptional, with a professional and attentive staff who catered to all our needs. The hotel’s spa was dreamy, and the pool was clean and relaxing. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was diverse and delicious. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a dreamy couples’ vacation. Highly recommended!

    The hotel provides very nice and relaxing accommodation. Certainly, it is not a 5 star hotel but we did not miss anything during our stay. Food was very good. Swimming pool and sauna perfect. The personel was very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the stay very much. The slopes are close, although not yet in convenient walking distance. However, very easy to reach by car, there was parking next to the lift, free of charge if one has a lift ticket. Actually, if we consider the 3 star hotel category, it would deserve full score of 10.

    We loved the central location. The facilities were great as we had enough space as well as everything we needed. Lovely bedding and good towels thank you!! Only problem we could not sort out the tumble drier so had to leave with wet washing. English instruction would help😉 Staff at reception very helpful and kind. Café Sylvia adds a lot of value to the venue as it made having breakfast so much better. All in all an amazing stay. Thank you kindly. The rest of the family will be back next year.

    Gorgeous luxury boutique hotel in prime position in San Candido. Rooftop saunas x 2 with views of surrounding mountains, steam room and relaxation room. Staff were informative and friendly, the breakfasts delicious and complimentary herbal tea and cakes in the afternoon a lovely touch.
