The hotel is very nice in the core of the city center. The stuff was very helpful, they gave us all information we needed in advance (about parking, ZTL, self check-in). We were coming late in the evening so we needed to self check-in, they gave us precise instructions and everything went smooth. The room was nice and cozy (and very quiet also), we had really good night sleep there and felt refreshed in the morning. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of fresh food choices.

The hotel is in the historic centre of Volterra, close by to many amazing local restaurants (I personally highly recommend La Vecchia Lira). The hotel personnel was very helpful in every respect - from providing an iron to suggesting the best sightseeing spots in the town. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view.

Really convenient location for cycling tourists like us - the location was really convenient with plenty of storage room for bikes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom spacious, the breakfast catered for all the tastes. The staff were helpful. The neighbourhood is really quiet and there is a good restaurant 300m from the hotel.

Absolute dream property. This was easily our best stay in our 10 days in Tuscany. Staff was incredible and was super helpful with everything we needed. They even started a fire for us in the lobby area when it was chilly one day. 5/5 experience and will definitely be going back.

Exceptional Tuscan country side view . Mine was a family room hence more spacious , only draw back was less English tv /activity at night. Special mention goes to the gracious lady who served our breakfast , a gem of a person who truly made our Tuscan experience
