This hotel exceeded my expectations. The food like lunch and dinner buffet was great! The staff was so friendly and helped my son tie his head scarf across the street outside the hotel without me asking. Also, it was extremely close to Petra visitor gate entrance and less than half the price of mövenpick next door. So it's the 2nd nearest hotel to gate, highly recommend

The location of the hotel was really good, fantastic views from our room and the upper terrace. The best part was the friendly host, Mahmoud, who was very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there, the breakfasts were lovely. I would very much recommend this place.
