The customer service was impeccable. Every receptionist that worked there was always courteous and answered all the questions we had. The location was perfect and closed to restaurants, shopping, and the American village. All rooms have a direct view of the Araha beach, and you wake up with the blue from the sea that blends perfectly with the blue from the sky. Amenities are available at the reception. The location is so convenient, walking distance to the super market and also petrol kiosk. There's also parking right in front of the house which is superb for people who drive. We love the spacious area in the house, where we have everything that we need. The bed is comfortable, my kids especially love the bath tub. Also we can turn on the kids music and videos while we prepare food for all. It's a cozy area and we really love it! There's also no funny smell in the room as compared with our previous stays. Would definitely book this place if we come back to Okinawa.
