Outstanding dinner and breakfast (included in the price), so many choices, sashimi, sushi, and fresh seafood were outstanding and I even didn't have enough room in my stomach to try other dishes or the desserts. The Onsen was nice with very good hair and facial products. Normally you could see Mt Fuji from the open air Onsen. But there was big fog when we arrived. The next day morning we saw Mt Fuji from the viewing point of the hotel.

I am so so happy this wonderful group of people have served me a vegetarian menu. It took a while till they understood me in English but it was such a perfect experience. Amazing and luxurious hotel. Spread over a large area with a large lobby and seating area. Huge rooms decorated in a traditional and modern style. The hot Onsen bath on the balcony is great fun especially on snowy nights like the one we spent. Excellent breakfast - a large selection with dishes from Japanese and Western cuisine. Great staff that provides professional, friendly and pleasant service.

Hakone Suimeiso is located a 3-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station and a 15-minute walk from Sounji Temple. It offers public hot-spring baths, free parking on site and free Wi-Fi access.
