The hotel is beautiful with their own scenic walk. Staff are extremely friendly and lovely. Breakfast and dinner are exceptionally good. The private hot spring are lovely because you can enjoy different scenery from the bath house.

Lovely traditional room overlooking the river. I loved sitting in the sun room with a book.
Well equipped kitchen and spacious communal spaces.
The staff were fantastic. My daughter got sick and they accompanied us to the doctor to translate.
Both private and communal onsen are clean and enjoyable.

Stunning property. We we’re upgrade to a river view room with no charge and it was amazing. Beautiful wooden interior with lovely communal areas.

Relaxed stay- enjoyed onsen in our room, felt very welcome. Great size room with everything we could want for.
Lovely and quiet, we slept well and enjoyed the surroundings

Our stay at JoyInn was great! The owner made sure that our stay is memorable. He offered a shuttle service for the surrounding attractions twice a day which made sightseeing very convenient. The room we stayed in was comfortable with a good view, but after two nights we got an upgrade to a bigger room with an even better view! They even offered a few snacks and drinks to buy if you needed something in the evening. Overall the owner was very lovely and the rooms are very comfortable.
