Very spacious rooms and fantastic staff who were eager to help me out with any issues I had (of my own fault). There is a very nice cozy bar at the reception. The area is very lively, filled with stores, cafes, and various retailers. It's within 700m of the bus station, so it's very easy to reach any place.

We spent 4 days in Kanazawa and thanks to this hotel it was a really nice experience. The location is great - it's close to everywhere. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a huge selection of fresh food. The bed was very comfortable and it was a lovely quiet place to sleep.

Great Hotel with very friendly staff! The room was well laid out and had a very cozy feeling. It is also in a good position for multiple sightseeing spots and has a bus stop very close to it!

Nice big rooms (Moderate Single). Excellent breakfast and staff service. Many choices for both Western and Japanese diets. Very understanding of dietary allergies. Excellent all you can drink happy hour at night. Great views from the same area. Decore in the rooms is a bit dated and getting into the bath, for a shower is a bit of a challenge but the size of the room and the views more than make up for it.
