The room was big and bed was comfortable.
The onsen was so relaxing.
The access to club lounge was great. Afternoon drinks with snacks overlooking central Kobe in club lounge.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing experience. The staff was amazing, the room lovely and the traditonal breakfast super tasty.

It’s understated but in a nice way. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. The private Onsen is so relaxing. It’s a luxury to have it all to yourself. We booked a Kaiseki dinner and it was amazing! A big thank you to the Executive chef Yoshihiro Ogasawara!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Tocen Goshobo. It was just a few minutes walk away from the bus stops. The onsen bath was atmospheric and the temperature felt just right (not too hot even for inexperienced bathers). The staff was wonderfully welcoming, the room lovely and the futon beds extra comfortable.
The Arima onsen village was bigger than we expected, several dinner options (we opted for only breakfast (was superb!) at the Tocen Goshobo).
