The room was very nice and comfortable, like all the building. Very appreciated the onsen. The owners were so nice and friendly, we had dinner and breakfast there and it was fantastic. Near to the monkey snow park. Highly recomended.

I stayed at a japanese style room. The photos do not show how good the room was: it was really nice, with amazing views and a little balcony. I felt like being in a movie. The onsen is also super. They provide bufet style breakfast with lot of japanese food, I even tried natto. The staff is super friendly and helpful: everytime when I seemed to be lost somebody helped me without being asked, and it was never a problem that I don't know the local customs, somebody always told me how and what to do. I really enjoyed my stay there! The hotel has a minibus, and they give you a lift to/from the train station and the monkey park, which was also very lovely!

Hands down the greatest place we've ever stayed at in Japan. The staff were extremely friendly, paying attention to personal touches, and making you feel valued and welcome at all times. The room was beautiful, with comfortable bedding, and the food in the restaurant is delicious and great value for money. The friendliness of the staff was however unlike we have ever stayed before. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, and in a Japanese style (with tatami) so I was pleasantly surprised. The onsen in the hotel was an absolute delight. It had several baths with different temperatures, a lounge space, a sauna, a cold bath (which can be rare), and of course everything needed to wash yourself thoroughly before going into the baths. The hotel also provides body towels as well as face towels, so you don't need to bring yours. They have lockers to keep your items safe while bathing. There's free breakfast (little pieces of bread + some juice and coffee/tea) and a space on the first floor to relax after the onsen for example. It has wifi there as well.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal.

This place was amazing!! The private onsen was perfect, they even have a web you can check through your phone to check availability. Staff can speak english and its really quiet. Perfect for resting.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen.

All very organized. Terminal bus is really near but with the snow, the shuttle is really handy. Breakfast and dinner are amazing. Love everything. The onsen/ spring water was delicious, and what I was looking for, there was one open and you could see trees with snow! ⛄️
