I had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perfect, the amenities are well-maintained, and everything was very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff — they were exceptionally helpful and caring. I had forgotten my wallet at the property, and the team not only found it quickly but also went out of their way to mail it to me in Seoul. It arrived safely and in a very short time, which shows how professional and thoughtful they are. This kind of service truly sets the property apart. It was an incredible stay. The personnel was very helpful and polite. We didn't know we had korean beds (sleeping on the floor) and when we asked to change our room to full-sized beds, they accepted without any trouble and no additional fee was required! The beds were so comfortable, so much so that we wanted to stay in our room all day. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Leo if you decide to visit Jeju Island. It's close to the airport and very accessible to the rest of the island by taxi. The reception will gladly call a taxi for you and a free shuttle from the airport is also available. Perfect location! just 7 minutes drive from the airport and 2 minutes walk from city center with many shops and great restaurants. the staff was very kind. The room was good and clean. The breakfast was very good. The bonus was that the hotel was one of the meeting point for our day tours via klook. If you are into shopping there is also a duty free right in the hotel (big store with several floors).

Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.

The hotel was amazing. The entrance hall was superb, very chic and cozy. Everything was super modern, and the room was pretty good too. The bathroom was gorgeous, with automated toiled and a nice bath tub. The hotel location was great, close to several stores and restaurants. Public transport was also available and the bus stops were in a walking distance. Excellent hotel! I would totally come back, and I recommend to other guests visiting Jeju City.

Very cozy and spacious cottage with good amenities. The Dochidol ranch was very well maintained and a discount was applied to the tickets for staying at the log park.
