GermanyKaoutar was very nice at the front desk, she helped us print out our plane tickets made sure we can stay longer in the room and overall was very nice and helpful!!
The hotel itself was nice, a bit outside but with the taxis everywhere it was no problem going in and out of town. They even called cabs quite a few times for us. The room itself was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. Overall recommend 10/10

Very pleasant stay in the Relax hotel, the hotel is clean and good value for money, with a good choice of food for evening meal.
A special thank you to the staff, Maroua,Douae, and Ibrahim for excellent service throughout my stay.
