its away from busy tulum beach / hotel area but only 10 mins drive. we stayed at una vida, but full access to all Bardos facilities and experiences such as yoga and the temazcal, which was out of this world experience. our shaman emilio was amazing and we are greatful for the experience we had. before even arriving to the hotel, we were contacted easily via WhatsApp to make our stay the best, incl ATV booking, transfer from airport etc. we were met by the best staff we could imagine, Jonathan, Julian and Priscila 🙏🏼❤️ Thanks to them for making our stay unforgettable. also at the breakfast we had the pleasure of being served by Alan and Leonardo who was fun and had our back every morning and drinks at the pool 🙏🏼 we are both well travelled and this is absolutely one pearl not to miss out on for couples.

I loved Cabanas. I've never stayed at a place that immediately had me wanting to return. Even on the stormy, rainy day, it was beautiful to go to the restaurants in the resort and watch the rain at the beach from our rooms. The yoga classes are a must try and the guacamole at Fresco's was like nothing I've ever had before. We were lucky to go during Día de Muertos and were able to respectfully watch the ceremonies within the hotel. Overall, the service was amazing as well.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens.

Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

We liked everything. The location is unbeatable. The staff is super friendly. Hector at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. And all the beach club and restaurant staff also. I don’t understand a lot of the bed comments about them being pushy about tipping. I would disagree with that. At breakfast nobody ever mentioned us tipping. And when we were having dinner they mentioned tip isn’t included but not in a pushy way. It was said it’s optional. And all the people complaining about tips should google Mexico salaries and think about it. This is definitely a hotel to which I will gladly come back if I ever come back to Mexico.

we stayed in one of the beach front rooms, sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from our terrace were once in a lifetime experiences. Food is excellent! local ingredients, unique dishes - every meal was a lovely experience. locationwise the property is at the entrance of town so it is not as busy and disturbed by loud music like others but still easily accessible.

This little boutique hotel was amazing. The property is small with only a handful of rooms but it was beautiful! We were literally right on the beach which is great. You walk out of your room onto the sand. Sandra the lady who runs it is amazing are beyond helpful. The only this which would make it better is if there was a shared pool, but you would need to book the front penthouse if you want a pool. Overall loved it!
