The reception was really accommodating. Actually I booked two rooms, suites balcony at Sunway Pyramid & was very disappointed cos it looked so dirty & run down. We already checked in but luckily we were able to move by topping up the balance. My family really enjoyed the stay especially my goddaughter who enjoyed the pool playground. We definitely will come back again. Thank you.

Pearl is always my first choice hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel rooms are excellent and staffs are very professional. I stayed in the premier room on the 23rd floor and its brilliantly designed. The room has Philips bluetooth soundbar and it creates a magical atmosphere when the music is on. The room has everything that one could expect from a premier room. I will always go back to KL and stay in the same hotel. Next time probably I will experience their suite room :-)
