Very nice, helpful and friendly owners. She was so kind to pick us up from the bus stop in Kundasang and drive to her hotel. Up on arrival they informed us what to do around. Again, very nice people. Good location.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Shower had hot water. Also there was a kitchen if you want to cook something. We didn’t cook, there’s a restaurant close by within walking distance serving traditional Sabahan cuisine which was nice.

We initially went for the cheapest budget room, but ended up upgrading on arrival - which I’d strongly recommend, it’s a small difference in price but huge difference in the room! Staff were lovely, location was great for the national park, fantastic view from the balcony and good breakfast
