Very last minute booking on the same day. We arrived 10 minutes after booking online and everything was ready. Staff at the front desk was lovely each time. The bar is great with very good cocktails and snacks. The bartender was really really good! Because it was my birthday we got upgraded to the Willem Suite for the night. Could not have ask for a better present! Great room with a large bath and an amazing bed. The breakfast was to die for!

Beautiful old building nicely upgraded to a modern standard. Beds extremely comfortable with massive walk in shower. We even had a small terrace which was lovely to relax in.
Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the station, in a beautiful area of Maastricht.
Staff were so friendly , even filing my water bottle with ice and water.
