The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy, which contributed to a fantastic experience. The room we had was simply incredible—spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. In the relaxation area, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Tromsø. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Anulu, whose willingness and friendly approach completely transformed our stay into an unforgettable experience. Her attention to detail and effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible was truly commendable. Another advantage of the hotel is that they are very pet-friendly, which delighted us as we could bring our dogs along. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Aurora to anyone looking for a great place to stay with exceptional services. Everything here was more than excellent, but the credit for our fantastic stay goes undoubtedly to Anulu. We would love to return here!
