Everything. Water pressure superb , bed with electrical warmer, breakfast although bread/toast/butter/jam or Cereals but not a big deal. There's a pool table and piano. Roger was really thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. Walking distance to Oamaru blue penguin place.

It was a pleasant experience in staying this 2 bedrooms apartment, bigger than expected. It has all the basic amenities & a bonus to have Nexflix channel. Overall, we had a good nite rest.
