We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

Amazing amazing stay we had with Sport of Kings. stayed 3 nights here - very spacious room, comfortable, kitchen facilities were good, private hot tub in the room was pleasant - it was behind the bedroom in an “outside area” making it just cool enough but also sheltered hence privacy not an issue and also not too cold even in the autumn months with temperatures around 10degrees. Hot tub area was also kept very clean. The staff and owner of the property were also very helpful in providing recommendations for attractions, and in assisting us in our needs! For example, we had driven through some mud and gravel roads and wanted to wash our car - they promptly set up the hose for us. Will definitely stay again!

The cabin was clean and spacious. the communal areas were also clean and had lots of cookers & sinks etc! we rented a cooking set from reception to do our cooking

we loved everything, e g the presence of a pool and barbecue, but especially we loved the extra caring details. The bottle of sun screen by the pool, the bottles of full milk in the fridge, the herbs planted by the barbecue and hangi, the opportunitity to do your own HANGI, the mineral hot pools, the welcome package, the generous pool and spa opening hours, the ECO awareness…. Most of all the wonderful staff and their tips about places to visit and things to do.

Capri on Fenton offers spacious rooms with free WiFi and a private 2-person spa pool. This motor inn is a 3-minute drive from both Polynesian Spa and Rotorua city centre.

Morgen our host was very welcoming. He lives on the property with his family. Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

We had room Nr. 9 with 2 stories. Really nice bathtub with jets and spacious rooms with kitchen and lounge. The best thing was we had 3 balconies/veranda it was beautiful.
