The property is beautiful, in quiet village with a beautiful pool and next to the river. The property is also a restaurant that we knew and loved and this is why we came here in the first place. Very good mattress and very clean!!! The staff is super accommodating.

The breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street and my room overlooked this street. With the window open this gets quite noisy, but the room is well isolated when the window is closed. Closed window meant the room got quite hot and so I had to leave the AC on the whole night, which I usually don't like. The good thing was that the air from the AC did not hit the bed or my sleeping area, but was well directioned so I could sleep comfotably. They also have a storage, so I could leave my luggage before chek-in, in the morning which was a huge relief for me since I was on the move quite a lot during the day and my bag got heavy.

First of all, I would like to note the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. We felt very welcome and even got a room with a great view of the city's unique monastery. The hotel is very interestingly decorated and even has its own store. We are very glad we stayed here for one night and grateful for the warm welcome! We wish them further prosperity!

Hotel location (5 min walking from the cathedral), cleanliness, staff, breakfast and free parking....all was perfect! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely excellent. If we go back to Fatima it will be the first place I'll try to book.

Excellent Customer Care and good facilities, with spaces to relax and socialise. We were fortunate on the first night to have live classic piano music by one of the guests.
