Lovely place, beautiful view of the garden from the room, exceptional staff and lucky us, we got a complementary room upgrade which was so lovely

Lovely hotel! The staff is very friendly, the room was comfortable and we loved the swimming pool and the terras with all the plants. A pleasant 20' walk brings you to the city centre. The Bega river is nearby and a great place to spend a relaxing evening.
I actually stayed there for business before and really wanted to come back with my husband to spend our holiday in this hotel.

personnel is very friendly and the hotel has a very quiet, relaxing vibe. the spa has everything, and it is great for mending tired feet after a night of dancing. the jacuzzi and the massage gets your feet healed, and the dry sauna gets what is left of the last night’s alcohol out 😅😅 it was a very pleasant stay, all in all. we had the superior king room, and stayed for 3 nights, as we had an event. I advise to spend 1 extra day for the spa, in case you come there for an event. it really makes a difference.
