Overall hotel presented well but services did not live up to the suggested quality. Best memory the LOVELY selection of bed pillows. Also staff at bar, Cafe very easy to deal with, relaxed effective service nice.

Room was upgraded to deluxe which was lovely with a wonderful view of the city from the balcony. Room was clean with a great bathroom and shower. Breakfast had a good choice and you could eat outside on the terrace.

Great location right in the city centre, and lovely to be by the river too. We were very fortunate to get an upgrade to an apartment and this felt really big, with cooking facilities too. The staff at reception were very friendly and gave us recommendations of places to visit in the city. It was also handy being able to leave our bags there after check out. Thanks!

The most lovely room. The hotel upgraded our room to a balcony suite. It was the most comfortable and relaxed experience. The room was giant along with the most comfortable bed. The shower and bath were exceptionally.

It was a perfect stay, high above our expectations. We got the room upgrade, the room was new and perfectly clean, very nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, great coffee and lovely cosmetics. It also had a big balcony with a castle view. We felt like in a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasteful and the hotel location is very central. The staff was also very kind, we are very thankful on everything!
