Very peaceful and quiet despite being only a few minutes away from main road and beach. The family who runs it and the staff are very kind and accomodating. The two swimming pools are great for a cooling dip in the water. The rooms are very large and spacious. The a la carte breakfast has lots of options and is always cooked fresh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite at a discount with direct pool access away from the crowds near to Bodega restaurant. It is a quiet area great for the elderly. The buggy service was responsive. We were worried about mosquitoes because of the lakes but this issue was less than expected. The breakfast at Bogeda is much less hectic and a lot quieter than Market Place, and the food presentation appears better. Later realized that it is only for guests who are booked in certain rooms. The beach is long and the sand is very fine without broken or significant washed up debris, which afflict many beaches elsewhere. The waves can be strong though. The suite was clean, large and very convenient located with a separate dining and living room . It has a fairly large balcony directly accessing the pool. We found that we didn't need to venture out of the resort. The complimentary boat and kayak facility allowed for connection to other lakes and resorts. The entire complex of lakes and resorts makes this place much large than it appears. There is a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and shops

    The hotel is lovely, it's stunning and we got upgraded to a room with pool access which was a lovely surprise. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect family stay at Bang Tao and the pool is amazing for kids. The staff were kind and attentive and the room service was impeccable. The room itself was large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved it.

    The room and hotel in general was very spacious. It felt like a good place one could get lost and relax. The pool and restaurant areas were lovely too! We has a chicken burger for room service and it was delicious!

    The hotel and staff are both lovely. The location was perfect, right on the beach and the sunsets were amazing. The pools are great and so was the room. We were upgraded to a Club room which was spacious and clean, which was appreciated. Overall a superb stay and would definitely choose again if I was visiting Phuket.

    The villa was truly amazing and even better than we expected. The resort was beautiful and spotlessly clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was varied and excellent. There was a large choice of dining options on site. We had a lovely relaxing week.

    The pools. They were fantastic and warm. The place was spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a junior suite as I had booked a room with sea view and one wasn’t available. The suite was lovely and had a super jacuzzi bath The location right on the beach.
