The lobby of the hotel is really stunning. We were lucky to get a free upgrade on our room, so we stayed in a deluxe King. The size of the room was really big which was great with a toddler in tow. The TV connected to our chromecast so that was a bonus. Helpful, friendly and polite. It seems as though they couldn’t do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The location was fairly central and an easy walk to the Central Festival shopping mall. I think the beds could do with an upgrade. Mine was a single. I found it hard and sagged in the middle and felt a little lumpy. It wasn’t horrible mind you but for that luxury feel that the Pullman experience delivers, the beds need looking atGuest review byGarySolo traveller
