It is beautiful! From the layout of the villa to the surrounding gardens - it is quiet and beautiful. John is a great host - gave us the run-down on the local food options, and has built a lovely little resort...although it felt like our villa was the only one on the side of the hill.

Ampha Place Hotel is situated in the North part of Koh Samui Island. It is located in a very peaceful area, just a stone's throw away from Maenam Beach.

Didier the host was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly man. House cleaning every day with coffee, tea and water. Clean linen every three days. Two minutes walk to the beach which is the best beach on Samui. The pool was great too.

Everything was amazing - the hotel is so beautifully designed and laid out. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable but the common areas are also a joy to be in. The food at the restaurants was amazing, the buffet breakfast, the a la carte lunch and dinner menu - we could have happily eaten every meal there for a month and not gotten bored of it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we celebrated our wedding anniversary there and they really went above and beyond to make it special - I also really loved the free activities that they organised, we did morning yoga on the beach and paddle boarding but could have done much more. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our swimming pool will be closed from 16th-31st October 2023 due to renovations. During this period you still enjoy our beach activities.

This property was beautiful nice and clean you could here the wild life in its little rainforest setting just a 10 min walk to the pier to get the boats to other islands cheap great staff highly recommend it
