A really nice place all around: a friendly welcome, very pleasant rooms and a complete breakfast in a good location. The excellent Cynthia and Ivy kindly went over and beyond helping me with train reservations. They're stars.

location was convenient as the bus from the airport stopped right across from it, and it was less than 5min walk from Banqiao train station. several convenience stores close by, seemed like a nice area. we just stayed one night as it is a bit far from the main attractions, but we really liked the Hotel. Good internet, good sound proofing. They kept our luggage for one day while we went to Jiufen, that was nice as well. Easy and quick check in and out. Would book it again to explore more of that area.

a very nice and cozy hotel. Rooms were clean, i had a room on 30th floor with a beautiful panoramic view. it has a nice bar in its lobby, has a small but good gym and a swimming pool on the 31st floor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was more than happy with the hotel. The location was very convenient with lots in walking distance or well connected. The staff was friendly, spoke excellent English, the room was nice an clean and the breakfast buffet covered both Asian and more Western tastes. I would book again anytime.
