the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

Amazing authentic house furnished well, super clean and well maintained. The owner are very nice, helpful and providing nice atmosphere. The breakfast is very special and tasty.

The suit is perfect, at 1st floor you have a so amazing view ! You can wash and dry your laundry for free, the pool is fine (water is warm), it's quiet and close to everything (market, liquor, beaches, downtown. It's very clean.

Check in and check out was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Even though the property is clearly dated, it is so cute and charming. There is a pond (that is fenced in) with ducks and geese, a large lawn with relaxing chairs scattered around. The trees were beautiful! I would definitely come here again!
